Stainless steel sandblasting plate is usually called sandblasting stainless steel plate, frosted stainless steel plate. The surface presents fine sand-like particles. In low-light areas, the surface feels matte, while in better-lit areas, the surface looks glossy.
Sandblasting is also called shot peening. It is to spray steel grit (steel shot) on the surface of the stainless steel workpiece with a machine, and the surface of the workpiece forms a uniform rough surface. Improve the quality and finish of the product surface. After sandblasting, painting, electroplating, PVD and other treatments can be carried out.
The main function of stainless steel sandblasting:
1. Polish the stainless steel surface to make the surface more beautiful.
2.Sandblasting can achieve different reflective or matt colors of stainless steel at will. Such as stainless steel surface matt, surface pattern, and textured processing.
3. Stress relief and surface strengthening
By hitting the stainless steel surface with sand shot, the stress is relieved and the strength of the stainless steel surface is increased.
After the stainless steel sandblasted plate is titanium-plated, it can be made into a variety of colors. Common ones are champagne gold stainless steel sandblasting plate, rose gold stainless steel sandblasting plate, black titanium stainless steel sandblasting plate, gray steel sandblasting stainless steel plate and so on.
The stainless steel sandblasted plate can also be treated with anti-fingerprint. The anti-fingerprint treated stainless steel sandblasted plate does not leave fingerprints even when touched by hand and is very easy to clean.
Application of stainless steel sandblasting decorative plate: mainly used in stainless steel series products such as building decoration, elevator decoration, industrial decoration, facility decoration and so on.
